This tiered approach aims to incrementally enhance the trader's account size, Maximum Loss, and Maximum Daily Loss while maintaining a focus on performance metrics. The ultimate goal is to qualify for The Hotseat, granting traders the ability to trade up to $2 million with additional perks such as on-demand pay-outs and a monthly bonus.

• Launchpad (Level 1): Commencing as a Novice Trader, successfully completing the Launchpad stage involves achieving four pay-outs and a cumulative total profit of 10%. Accomplishing this milestone triggers a 20% scale-up in the trader's initial capital. The maximum drawdown increases to 11% in this stage. 
• Ascender (Level 2): Progressing to the Ascender level designates traders as Intermediate Traders. This is attained through the successful completion of eight pay-outs and achieving a cumulative total profit of 20%. The trader is then rewarded with a 30% increase in their initial capital. Here, the maximum drawdown increases to 12%, and the daily drawdown increases to 6%.
• Trailblazer (Level 3): Upon achieving the status of an Advanced Trader, attained after twelve pay-outs and a cumulative total profit of 30%, traders enter the Trailblazer level. This marks a significant milestone, and their capital allocation receives a substantial 40% increase. Here, the maximum drawdown increases to 13%.

Hotseat (Final Level): Achieving the Hotseat is marked by a series of sixteen pay-outs, resulting in a 40% total profit. This milestone comes with exclusive privileges, notably doubling the initial balance. The program offers on-demand pay-outs, accompanied by a 90% profit split. Eligible participants can access up to $2 million in trading capital, with an increased maximum drawdown to 14% and a daily drawdown cap of 7%. Additionally, participants receive monthly bonuses based on the initial account size.
