· Minimum Profitable Days: A Profitable Day is defined as a day where the closed positions generate a positive profit of at least 0.5% of the initial balance. This requirement only applies to the 1-step, 2-step, and 2-step max evaluation phases and does not apply to live simulated accounts.

Inactivity rule: If your account is inactive for 45 days, it will be breached on both evaluation and funded stage. If you don't login into your account for 30days it will be automatically deleted.

· Multi-Account Reverse: Trading it involves a trader using multiple accounts to take opposite positions on the same asset, effectively hedging their risk and manipulating outcomes, this is prohibited.

The Consistency Rule 40%
Minimum Trading Days
· Consistency rules for withdrawal: At the time of any payout request, the Funded account's most profitable active trading day cannot exceed 40% of the total accumulated profit, including withdrawals. (This policy is not applicable to accounts purchased or activated on or after August 1, 2024.*)
· Micro Trading is not allowed, placing trades with minimum risk to meet withdrawal criteria.
· All Elite Sim-Funded traders must execute at least one trade per calendar week. If you are unable to trade in a given week, must inform ETF’s customer service team.
· All Elite Sim-Funded traders must actively trade the required number of Active Trading days per payout cycle and maintain consistent trading behavior. If an Elite Sim-Funded trader's payout request is denied and/or delayed during an audit three times due to non-compliance, itwill result in account closure.
· The use of IP masking technologies (e.g., VPNs,VPS, etc.) is prohibited.
· Self-hedging is not allowed. Only one single account per household is permitted.
· Flatten Trades: Elite Sim-Funded traders must close all positions 1 minute before the market closes. Different instruments have different market closing times. This rule does not apply to Elite Diamond Hands.
· Maintain Proper Risk Management: If a trader's account increases by 20% or more and then incurs a loss exceeding 50% of that gain in one day, the account will be deemed invalid for continued participation in the Elite Sim program and in the Live elite program. This decision will be made by the risk team during audits or payout requests, due to the increased risk associated with such significant losses.
Subscription Stays Active After Elite Sim-Funded Account Failure: If a trader's Elite Sim-Funded account goes into a failed state, the subscription will remain active since the firm allow Elite Sim-Funded accounts to be reset once at cost. Therefore, if traders do not wish to reset their Elite Sim-Funded account, they must cancel their subscription to prevent future billing.
Consistency rule: 50% of the profits from one single trading day cannot be larger than 50% of the profit target on challenge.

· Using an EA with a hidden stop loss may lead to a breach of your account.
· The Stop Loss Rule requires customers to use a stop loss on all positions at all times. Newly opened positions have a 120-second grace period to set an appropriate stop loss. (For Instant accounts)
· Risk limits: You are not allowed to use more than 50% of your daily drawdown limit on open trades at any given time.
(For instant funding accounts)
· The Gambling Rule: Prohibits gambling or all-or-nothing behavior, including revenge trading, over-leveraging, and over-exposure. Violating this rule may result in account termination.
· Your payment method must match your KYC and withdrawal details.
Quarterly Profit Target for pro accounts: In Funded Status, customers are obligated to achieve a cumulative virtual profit of 5% per quarter. Since customers can transition to Funded Status at any point during the year based on the completion of Challenge phases, 'Quarters' will be defined as 90-day periods starting from the date the customer initiates their first trade in Funded Status.
The Quarterly Profit Target encompasses all virtual profits, even those requested for pay-outs or scaling by the customer. Failure to meet this target will lead to the account being downgraded to a standard, funded challenge account of equivalent type (ie. a 200k 2-Step Pro account would be downgraded to a funded 200k 2-Step Challenge account), losing all pro benefits including Salary, reduced comms etc.
· Over the course of the Evaluation (Challenge phase),no single trading day can exceed 30% or more of your total PnL.
· Trading in a manner that does not align with actual market practices in the relevant futures markets or could potentially cause financial or other types of harm to Earn2Trade is prohibited.
· Executing an unrealistic number of contracts in a single day is prohibited.
· The max withdraw from a LiveSim obtained after any size Gauntlet Mini™ evaluation is $4,000 .In order to be able to withdraw the full $4,000, the trader must reach a profit of $5,000 (the prop firm deducts 20%).

Lot Size Manipulation
· Consistency rule: Traders must show consistency in their results concerning trade length and lot size to meet the minimum trading days required for the specific programs. For instance,if a trader opens one position of 15 lots on one day and then six positions of 0.1 lot on six separate trading days, this will lead to failing the Ability Challenge.
· Consistency score: Traders are required to have a score above 70 to be considered consistent. Scores between 50 and 70 will prompt a risk team review to decide if trading should continue until the score exceeds 70. If the score is below 50, trading must continue until it rises above 50. Traders who meet the profit target but not the consistency score must keep trading until they do.
· Inactivity rule: Failure to engage in trading activity on your funded account for a consecutive one-month period will lead to the termination of your account due to inactivity.
· Traders are allowed to trade majors and minor cross pairs, but it's not allowed to trade any exotic pair.
· The Consistency Rule: Profits during one single trading day should not exceed 30% of the profit target. There is no consistency objective for funded traders.
· Minimum of 7 days objective: Minimum of 7 days of trading in order to complete this objective. No need to be consecutive. Traders finishing the profit target and the consistency objectives before completing 7 days are required to continue to trade in the style they have been. Micro trading is not allowed.
· Expert advisor: are allowed, however Algos and Bots purchased from a third party and employed by the trader are forbidden. If multiple users are making the same trades, then all the accounts will be shutdown, and the users suspended.
· Not allowed to use any trading strategy intended to exploit or create errors in the services such as errors in the display of prices or delay in their updates.
· Trading excessive or unrealistic number of contracts in the day is not allowed.

· Concentrated Strategies: Strategies must be diversified. Trading a single asset to pass the challenge is not allowed. Accounts that have reached the target profit by trading a single symbol may got rejected.
· Relying on luck: Using all margin and max lot allowance to go “all-in” on one symbol or correlated symbols is not allowed.
· Exploitative Strategies: Strictly prohibit risking full margin in a single trade.
· Nordic Funder accounts require stop losses. Opening a position without a stop loss will result in the position being automatically closed.
Daily Max Profit (Consistency trading rule): Max Profit or Consistency Rules during the 2 trade assessment phases (Challenges). This rule does not apply once a Prop Trading account is allocated. During the 2 assessment phases: Phase 1: 5% daily max profit Phase 2: 2% daily max profit
News Trading: Restriction on executing any new trades or closing existing trades within a 6-minute window: 3 minutes before and 3 minutes after the release of major news announcements.

Qualified Account Minimum Trading Days Update: On a funded account, you are required to meet a minimum of 5 trading days. A trading day is defined as a day when a trade is executed with a lot size and hold time similar to your usual trades. For instance, if you typically trade 0.05 lots, then a trade with 0.02 lots would count. However, if you usually trade 20 lots, then a trade with 0.02 lots would not count. If you reduce your trade size to 5 lots, that would count, provided the trade duration is similar to your usual trades.
Note: This requirement applies only to the first payout cycle on a funded account and does not result in a soft or hard breach.
Removed Daily Loss Limit on TopstepX:
